Ever since Kamala Harris has taken over the reins from Biden, the chances of the Democrats have increased in many surveys.
A new poll by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research reports that Kamala Harris is now getting more support from voters than she did in July. Nearly half of voters have a somewhat or very positive view of Harris. At the same time, former President Donald Trump is supported by 4 out of every 10 voters. In a poll released on September 16 by USA Today News and Suffolk University, Harris has a 49% to 46% lead over Trump in Pennsylvania, a key swing state in the election. The poll of 500 people in the state recorded a margin of error of 4.4%.
The polls also showed Harris leading Trump nationally with a 47.6% to 43.3% lead, an eight-point swing for Democrats since Biden dropped out after the first debate when Trump was leading the US president by four points.
