New Delhi . Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) net profit increased by 59 percent to Rs 165 crore in the January-March quarter of 2023-24. Its profit has increased mainly due to increase in CNG sales. The joint venture company of Adani Group and France’s Total Energies said in a statement that it had made a net profit of Rs 104 crore in the same quarter of 2022-23 a year ago. Adani Total’s income increased by five percent to Rs 1,257 crore in the quarter under review.

During this period, CNG sales increased by 20 percent to 14.9 crore standard cubic meters. Piped natural gas sales increased by 15 percent to 83 million standard cubic meters. The net profit of the company during the financial year 2023-24 stood at Rs 653 crore. In the previous financial year it was Rs 530 crore. The income stood at Rs 4,813 crore in the financial year under review, which was Rs 4,683 crore in the previous financial year. Suresh P Mangalani, Chief Executive Officer, Adani Total Gas, said, the financial year 2023-24 (April 2023 to March 2024) has been a transformative year for Adani Total Gas.
