Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday held his first road show in the South Delhi constituency with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, a day after coming out of Tihar Jail. During this, Kejriwal said that he wants to stop everything to paralyze the Delhi government, I am fighting against dictatorship. He said that my mistake is that I provided better health facilities to the people of Delhi; They did not give me insulin for 15 days in jail.

Attacking BJP, he said that they (BJP) want to stop our work, this is not a good thing for the country, this is dictatorship. And the common people will have to fight against this dictatorship. I am fighting against this dictatorship, but I need your support. He said that it has been 20 hours since I came out of jail. I have talked to many people on the phone. Everyone is saying that BJP is not getting majority, their seats are decreasing in Haryana, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Bihar, UP. They will be wiped out in Punjab and Delhi. Modi government is not being formed on June 4, Bharat Alliance government will be formed on June 4 and Aam Aadmi Party will be a part of that government.

This is Kejriwal’s first road show for the Lok Sabha election campaign. A large number of Aam Aadmi Party leaders and workers participated in the road show. During this, Kejriwal and Mann, riding on an open-top vehicle, greeted the people by waving hands. AAP volunteers carrying party flags raised slogans in support of the party candidate from South Delhi Lok Sabha seat, Sahi Ram Pehalwan.

On Friday, the Supreme Court had granted interim bail to Kejriwal till June 1 in the money laundering case related to the alleged excise policy scam. Earlier, Kejriwal said that he would campaign across the country to fight against dictatorship. He will also take part in a road show in East Delhi constituency in support of AAP candidate Kuldeep Kumar. It is reported that Kejriwal has called a meeting of all Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs on Sunday. He informed that the meeting will be held at the Chief Minister’s residence located in Civil Lines. “This is an important meeting and the Lok Sabha elections to be held in Delhi on May 25 will also be discussed,” a party source said.
