The head of Ansarullah Bangla Team (ABT), an al-Qaeda-linked terrorist organisation in Bangladesh, has asked West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to free Bengal from the clutches of Modi and declare independence.
After the coup of Sheikh Hasina, Bangladesh is becoming a stronghold of fundamentalists and extremists. From where anti-India sentiments are constantly boiling. Hindus are constantly being targeted there. Their houses, shops are being burnt. While Nobel Prize winner and head of the current government Mohammad Yunus may be trying to control the situation, statements are being issued continuously by Jamaat, sometimes fundamentalist, sometimes terrorist organization regarding India. Now an Islamic leader has even called for breaking India. The head of Ansarullah Bangla Team (ABT), a terrorist organization associated with Al-Qaeda in Bangladesh, has asked West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to free Bengal from the clutches of Modi and declare independence.
The head of the terror group threatened India and asked it to avoid any kind of conflict with its neighbour Bangladesh. ABT chief Jashimuddin Rahmani was recently released from jail by the interim government led by Muhammad Yunus in Bangladesh. After the coup of Sheikh Hasina’s government, Bangladesh protesters and the army-backed government are now controlling Bangladesh. Rahmani was in jail since 2013 and was convicted for the killing of secular bloggers in the country.
In a video message, he can be heard warning India saying that if you look towards Bangladesh, we will take out your eyes. If you extend your hand, we will cut off your hand and if you take any step, we will break your leg. In the two-minute video, the fundamentalist is seen sitting on a hospital bed. He claimed that Bangladesh is not Sikkim or Bhutan, but a country with 18 crore Muslims. Rahmani, associated with the terrorist organization, did not stop here. He warned India that if you take a step towards Bangladesh, we will ask China to close the Chicken Neck (Siliguri Corridor). We will call upon the Seven Sisters (northeastern states) to join the freedom movement.
