CricketInFocus’s team has reached the state for the assembly elections being held in Jammu and Kashmir after almost 10 years. Where our reporter had a special conversation with Chaudhary Roshan Hussain, who contested the elections on Bharatiya Janata Party ticket from Kokernag seat.
During this, BJP leader Roshan Hussain said that at one time BJP did not get candidates in the state but in this election at least 10-10 contenders were already present from each seat. Which shows the increasing confidence of the people in the Bharatiya Janata Party on the policies of the party. Due to which this time for the first time in Jammu and Kashmir, lotus will bloom with full majority. He termed the party not fielding a single candidate in the Lok Sabha elections in Kashmir as a decision of the party high command and said that the BJP first only wanted to know the electoral situation in the state.
Roshan Hussain claimed that the increasing voting in Jammu and Kashmir is putting its stamp on the good governance of BJP in the last 10 years. Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally, he expressed confidence that it will definitely boost the morale of the party workers to a great extent, due to which the party will benefit greatly in this election.
Regarding many big officers in the state, Roshan Hussain said that Congress, National Conference and PDP are helping in this election on a large scale. Regarding which the Election Commission should definitely investigate. He said that the previous governments have always cheated the people of the state, that is why this time they are looking towards the Bharatiya Janata Party with hopeful eyes. The BJP candidate claimed that law and order is currently better in Jammu and Kashmir, no incidents like stone pelting are happening anywhere. Due to which the state is now free from terrorism and is moving forward in the direction of tourism and people are also supporting BJP for such peace.
