India’s neighbouring country Pakistan is a unique country in itself, where anything is possible. Pakistan, which nurtured and nourished terrorism, is now falling prey to the same terrorism. Every day there are reports of security forces and police officers being targeted by terrorists. Now a new claim has come to light, which will surprise you too. It is being told that terrorists in Pakistan are now using video games and charging devices to target security personnel. In reference to the recent attacks on police stations, a senior police officer claimed that terrorists used the features offered in PUBG i.e. PlayerUnknown Battleground to attack a police station in Swat.

According to Dawn’s report, on August 28, a terrorist attack took place on Buner police station in Swat, killing one policeman and injuring two others. For the investigation, police officers scanned CCTV footage of different surveillance cameras for several hours. They found a man using a mobile phone outside the police station, who was attacked. Officers investigating the case were confident that the case could be solved with the help of mobile phones. However, Swat District Police Officer Zahidullah said that the matter turned out to be completely different. He said that the terrorists never called each other, but used the feature of PUBG to avoid being traced.

Dawn quoted Zahidullah as saying that the terrorists used to play PUBG to motivate and practice their group members for fighting and used chat rooms for communication. He said that no clues were being found and it was becoming very difficult to locate the target and arrest the terrorists. They used an improvised explosive device for the attack, which was made of a power bank, which is mostly used to charge mobile phones.
