IAF helicopter malfunctioned, helicopter had to make emergency landing in Sangli

An Indian Army helicopter, ALH Dhruv, made an emergency landing in a field located at Erandoli village in Sangli district on Saturday. The incident occurred around 11:30 am, when the helicopter suddenly landed in the field due to a technical glitch. Regarding the incident, an Indian Army official said, a precautionary landing was made as the helicopter experienced excessive vibration in the air. Elaborating further, he said an ALH Dhruv helicopter of the Indian Army had to make a precautionary landing in a field near a village in Maharashtra’s Sangli district today. The helicopter experienced excessive vibration in the air. The helicopter has now flown back.
