If you are caught driving without a driving license, you can be fined ₹5000 under the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 2019 and or you can also be jailed for 3 months, so keep this in mind the next time you drive without a driving license.
2. The vehicle may be confiscated
If you do not have a driving license and you are caught driving, your vehicle can also be confiscated for traffic violation.
