Let us tell you that this problem is limited to the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max models that have 120Hz ProMotion displays. The report, quoting a user on Reddit, also mentions that the thin bezels on the iPhone 16 Pro series could also be the cause of the problem.
Apple recently released the iOS 18 update for the new iPhone 16 series and other eligible iPhones. It is likely that the new version has affected the display response and caused this issue. Either way, it is expected that the company will address this issue and possibly fix it with the next iOS 18 update or even a quick patch to make it work on the premium device.
