Fine imposed on Pollard-David

In fact, Kieron Pollard And BCCI has fined 20 percent of the match fee on Tim David. Pollard and David have been found guilty of violating the IPL Code of Conduct. According to the board, Mumbai’s batting coach and Tim David have violated Level 1 of Article 2.20 of the IPL Code of Conduct, due to which both of them have been sentenced to this punishment.

Pollard and David have accepted this punishment accepting their mistake. However, the reason for which Pollard-David has been fined has not been mentioned.

There was a dispute over wide

There was a lot of controversy regarding the decision of wide in the match played between Punjab Kings and Mumbai. Actually, during the Mumbai innings Suryakumar Yadav Was at the crease and Arshdeep Singh had the ball in his hands. Arshdeep bowled a ball outside the off stump, which was not declared wide by the umpire.

After this, Kieron Pollard and Tim David from Mumbai dugout signaled Surya to take DRS. Suryakumar immediately asked for a review from the umpire. Punjab captain Sam Curran also expressed his displeasure on this matter, but the umpire did not listen to him. The third umpire later declared the ball wide.
