Schools closed in Lebanon
Currently, in Lebanon, ships, scooters and colleges have been closed till 25 September. People have been shifted to safer places. Due to the attacks, thousands of Lebanese have left their homes in search of safer places. Earlier in 2006, 1000 Lebanese citizens were killed in a month-long war.
Airlines halt flights to Beirut
Amid the Israeli air strikes in Lebanon, Iran has suspended flights to Lebanon until further notice. Air Dubai, Burkina Faso, Qatar Airways, British Airways have also taken the same step. The Bakrit administration of the US has urged Americans in Lebanon to leave the country. The White House National Security Agency said on Tuesday that flights are still suspended.
