Jammu-Kashmir Election: ‘Is Shankaracharya mountain named Takht-e-Suliman…’, BJP’s big attack on Congress

After the alliance between National Conference and Congress for Jammu and Kashmir elections, BJP is on a strong offensive. In this episode, BJP has once again made a big attack on Congress. On the Congress-National Conference alliance, BJP’s National General Secretary Tarun Chugh said today that their alliance did not work in the last three elections and it will not work in the upcoming assembly elections either. He said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir hate these dynastic, corrupt and separatist people.

The BJP leader said that Congress will have to answer what is their stand on Article 370 and 35A. The country wants to know whether Congress wants to take Jammu and Kashmir to the era of 2 Prime Ministers, 2 flags, 2 constitutions. Can a state go towards two flags? Does the Congress party support the agenda of National Conference to talk to Pakistan instead of talking to the youth of India? It is unfortunate that Congress is playing dirty games.
He questioned whether Congress supports the agenda of Pakistan which NC is pushing forward? It is clearly written in their manifesto that the separatists sitting in jail will be released. The Abdullah family is advocating the release of those in jail. The Gandhi family is standing with them. It is a matter of regret. He said that any attempt to change the name of Shankaracharya Parvat to “Takht-e-Suliman” and Hari Parvat to “Koh-e-Maran” will be opposed, because “both the places are sacred and are associated with our faith.”
