Jammu Kashmir Election Issues: Corruption and unemployment are the real issues of Jammu and Kashmir, know what is the opinion of the people of the state

Elections are going to be held in Jammu and Kashmir after about 10 years. The first phase of voting is being held on 18 September 2024. Let us tell you that on 05 August 2019, when the BJP-led central government removed Article 370 from the state, people celebrated it. However, in the last 5 years, a big change has been seen in Jammu. Many reasons have been considered responsible for this. Now in Jammu and Kashmir, the bigger issue than Article 370 is the increasing unemployment, lack of facilities, lack of jobs and corruption etc. If the people of the state are to be believed, then at present corruption and unemployment are the real issues here.
If the local people are to be believed, the mood of the people of Jammu and Kashmir has changed a lot. Five years ago, people felt that something good was going to happen here, but now the reality is something else. People feel that their jobs and lands are being snatched away. People here want to work, even now food, clothing and shelter have become a big cause of concern for the common people. Because you cannot survive for long on the basis of emotional slogans.

Apart from this, people believe that by abolishing Article 370, an attempt has been made to completely eliminate terrorists and separatists. But still it seems as if Jammu has been ignored in the last 5 years. Although Kashmir is completely peaceful, there are no plans for Jammu. Per capita income in Jammu is low compared to other cities. Even though the revenue records have been digitized, there is a lack of facilities in the state.

At the same time, many people believe that after the year 2019, positive changes have also been seen in Jammu and Kashmir. Children are now going to school, those who had left studies have now started studying again. However, despite all this, there is still a lot to change in Jammu and Kashmir. If you look at it, the people of the state want to talk openly on issues like unemployment and corruption and want to take advantage of the basic facilities in the state.
