The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced this on Wednesday. India will play five T20 Internationals against Zimbabwe in the series starting July 6. The BCCI said in a statement, “The selection committee has included Shivam Dubey in the Indian team in place of injured Nitish Reddy for the upcoming tour of Zimbabwe.”

The board said that its medical team is monitoring the progress of all-rounder Reddy, who plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad. During this series, India and Zimbabwe will play all the matches in Harare. On Monday, the BCCI announced the team for the Zimbabwe tour led by Shubman Gill, in which Riyan Parag, Abhishek Sharma and Nitish, who performed well in the IPL, were also given a place.
