Attacking the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha over his statements about the condition of Sikhs in India, the Minister of State for Railways on Sunday said that if ‘bomb makers’ are supporting him, then he is the ‘number one terrorist’. The Congress condemned the statement and said that Bittu was talking ‘like a stupid man’. The Congress is continuously demanding an apology from Ravneet Singh Bittu. Ravneet Singh Bittu is refusing this. He is also challenging the Congress.
In a statement, Ravneet Singh Bittu said it is the Congress president who should clarify whether he agrees with Gandhi’s comments. Ravneet Singh Bittu said why should I apologize? We have lost our generations in Punjab. The Gandhi family burnt Punjab. The terrorism that arose in Punjab due to their (Gandhi family’s) mistakes cost 35,000 people their lives to fix, even the Chief Minister had to sacrifice his life.

He said that my pain is as a Sikh. I am a minister later, first I am a Sikh.
