Vivo Y200i launched with 6000 mAh battery, equipped with 512GB storage and powerful chipset

Technology Desk, New Delhi. Vivo has launched a new 5G smartphone under the Y series in the Chinese market. The latest smartphone has been introduced as the successor to the Y100i series launched in November last year. It has a new design and many upgraded features. The phone launched as Vivo Y200i has a side mounted fingerprint sensor with a flat frame. Let us know about its specifications.

Specifications of Vivo Y200i

display- The latest smartphone has a 6.72-inch LCD display with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Its peak brightness is 1800 nits.

processor- Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset has been installed in the phone for performance. Which is paired with 12 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage. It also has support of 12 GB virtual RAM.

BaiTree and OS- For power, it has a 6,000mAh battery supporting 44W fast charging. The phone runs on OriginOS 4 based Android 14.

camera- This smartphone has a 50 megapixel primary camera and 2 megapixel portrait sensor. An 8MP front facing sensor has been provided for selfie.

Price and storage variants

The latest phone has been launched in Blue, Glacier White and Midnight Black colors. Its price starts at CNY 1,599 (~$225) for 8GB + 128GB. The 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at CNY 1,799 (~$253) while the 12GB + 512GB storage variant can be had for CNY 1,999 (~$281). Pre-order for this is going to start from today i.e. 20th April and sale for it is going to start from 27th April.

Update regarding launch in India

There is no information about the launch of the phone in India. But it is expected that it can be launched globally and in India soon. Its price here can be in the mid range.
