Yogi Adityanath said that 7 years ago Uttar Pradesh was considered the ‘dark spot’ of India. It was said that UP is an obstacle in the development of India. Today UP has become a bright spot and is at the forefront in contributing to the development of India. There were riots and anarchy here, mafias were dominant, daughters and businessmen were not safe. He said that today UP is a dream destination for investment. We will not let anyone play with the future of the youth. There was a time when vacancies would come out and gangs of uncle-nephew would go out for recovery.
The Chief Minister clearly said that if anyone does this now, we will confiscate his property and distribute it among the poor, and build welfare homes for women. He said that on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, we are going to provide free service to sisters and daughters in the buses of Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation for 24 hours. They can also take one member of the family with them. Yogi further said that an examination is going to be held to recruit more than 60 thousand youth in Uttar Pradesh Police. In this, 20 percent of the girls will be recruited, so that they can deal properly with the miscreants on the roads.
