When BJP compared Mamta Banerjee to Kim Jong-un, Giriraj Singh said- she cannot tolerate the opposition

BJP is constantly attacking West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over a statement she made. Challenging the BJP, Mamata had said on Wednesday that if you burn Bengal, then Assam, North-East, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Delhi will also burn! Reacting to this, Union Minister Giriraj Singh on Thursday compared Mamata Banerjee to North Korea’s supreme leader Kim Jong-un and said that Mamata cannot tolerate opposition like him.

Singh furthered the reaction and said that this cannot be the language of a democratic person. On the speech of West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Union Minister Giriraj Singh said that this cannot be the language of a democratic person, a Chief Minister. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un does not tolerate his opposition. Similarly, Mamata Banerjee does not tolerate her opposition. Attacking West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee sharply, BJP spokesperson Shahzad Poonawala said on Thursday that when she says that demanding justice is like creating unrest, she is insulting the protesters and doctors.
Poonawala further said that no one is safe in West Bengal except criminals. He also criticised All India Alliance leaders Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav for Mamata’s statement of burning Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Assam, Northeast and Odisha and asked whether they would question Mamata in this regard. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has criticised West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for making alleged negative and hate-mongering remarks about the coastal state.

Majhi alleged that West Bengal Chief Minister Banerjee was making hate-mongering remarks instead of providing justice to the family of the victim of this heinous crime. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday targeted his West Bengal counterpart Mamata Banerjee for allegedly threatening unrest in his state. He claimed that Mamata Banerjee was trying to incite the public to hide her failures.
