The Prime Minister addressed a big election rally regarding the ongoing assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. In which he fiercely attacked all the big parties of the state, National Conference, Congress and PDP. Along with this, while mentioning Pakistan in his speech, PM Modi took it to task.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the people of the state are fed up with the rule of Congress, National Conference and PDP and people do not want the same old system once again, in which people are discriminated against and corruption is promoted. He said that now the people of the state have moved away from terrorism, separatism and bloodshed politics and now people wish for peace and tranquility. That is why the people of Jammu and Kashmir have decided to form the Bharatiya Janata Party government for their better future.
In the rally, Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed that due to the tremendous voting in the last two phases, the atmosphere has become in favor of BJP. That is why now it is certain that BJP will form a government with full majority in the state. He appealed to the people of the temple city of Jammu region to be alert and said that this will be the government of their choice. According to PM Modi, BJP understands the discrimination being faced by the people of Jammu for the last several years and after the formation of the government, all their problems will be resolved on a priority basis. Describing the upcoming Navratri and Vijayadashami as an auspicious time for the people of Jammu, Prime Minister Modi said that at this time the slogan of ‘Jammu ki yehi pukar, this time the BJP government is coming’ is resonating in the entire state.
Attacking the opposition, Narendra Modi said that the previous governments had focused only on their families and left the people of the state to fend for themselves. That is why this time the people of Jammu, with the help of their votes, will give a befitting reply to him and create history. He cornered the Congress and alleged that since independence, the Congress has caused only destruction to the people of the state. On the restoration of peace in the last 10 years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that during the previous government, Pakistan used to open fire on India, but the government used to watch silently. After which after 2014, the BJP government has started giving reply to the enemy country with bullets.
He reminded that exactly 8 years ago, the government had launched a surgical strike while opening a front against terrorism. At that time India had told the world that this is the new India and it also has the power to enter homes and kill. In a strict tone regarding terrorism, Modi said that every terrorist who looks towards India will be found and killed even from the underworld. Describing Congress as anti-national, PM Modi said that even today, Congress speaks the language of Pakistan by demanding proof of surgical strikes. He alleged that Congress never respects the soldiers who serve the country and had yearned for One Rank One Pension for a long time, but the Bharatiya Janata Party government did not worry about the treasury. While supporting the military families, he has worked to implement One Rank One Pension.
Modi claimed that at present Congress has completely come under the control of urban Naxalites. Apart from this, he described Congress, National Conference and PDP as enemies of the Constitution and said that during their rule, people did not even have the right to vote in Jammu and Kashmir. On the contrary, BJP has given the oppressed people from PoK and other areas including Jammu and Kashmir an opportunity to ensure their participation in democracy. That is why the people of Jammu and Kashmir will never forget this sin of Congress. Continuing the attack, Prime Minister Modi said that these parties had also stopped the Panchayat elections to be held in the state. At the same time, they have always stopped the reservation system from being implemented in the state and the BJP government has provided all these rights to the people as per the Constitution and that is why all these sections of the society are enthusiastically supporting the Bharatiya Janata Party in this election. Narendra Modi said that Bharatiya Janata Party will work to heal the wounds given by all these governments. Raising the issue of people deported from Kashmir, PM Modi said that many schemes are being run for Kashmiri Pandits in the present government. And the financial assistance they receive has also been increased. Due to which all the opposition parties are angry because they do not like the development of the people.
He said that all the opposition parties conspire against Raja Hari Singh of the great Dogra community to defame him and the Bharatiya Janata Party is committed to correct the injustice done to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Due to which, in the last 10 years, the people of Jammu and Kashmir have got the best educational institutions of the country. Connectivity is being improved many times better than before by building new roads in the state. Apart from this, the government has also worked to develop tourism by declaring the marginal villages as the first villages of the country. Under the present government, rail traffic is being increased in Jammu and Kashmir. At the same time, the expansion work of Jammu Airport is also going on. Along with this, while telling people about many other development works, PM Modi said that the state is being developed on a large scale. The Bharatiya Janata Party government has also tried to ease the suffering of the people by building an AIIMS, medical college and several other hospitals in the area. After the formation of the government, all these development works will accelerate further.
