Gorakhpur. Land mafias and strongmen always keep an eye on government and private lands. They grab it and sell it at high prices to those who do not know what is the legal status of the land. As a result, many times people get trapped in the clutches of land mafias and lose their life’s earnings. Concerned about this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given strict instructions to the officials that the land mafia who illegally occupy someone’s land and the strongmen who displace the weak should not be spared under any circumstances. Following the policy of zero tolerance against them, strict legal action should be ensured. The government is determined that no injustice will be allowed to happen to anyone. The Chief Minister has given instructions to take immediate action in cases of land occupation.

He referred everyone’s applications to the concerned officials and directed for quick and satisfactory disposal, as well as assured the people that the government is determined to solve the problems of every victim. Everyone will get justice and everyone’s pain will be removed. People from other districts also came to Janta Darshan. The number of women who met the CM and told their problems was much higher than that of men. In Janta Darshan, some women complained about land grabbing by land mafia and strongmen. On this, the Chief Minister said that the land mafia will be taught a befitting lesson. In his tenure, no one will be able to displace any weak or poor person. The Chief Minister directed the administration and police officers present nearby to identify those who forcibly occupy land and take strict legal action against them. It should be ensured that no strongman, mafia, criminal is able to occupy anyone’s land.

Many people had come to the Chief Minister in Janta Darshan with a request for financial assistance for treatment. CM Yogi assured them that the government will provide full help for treatment. Handing over their applications to the officials, the Chief Minister directed that the process of estimate related to treatment should be completed as soon as possible and made available to the government. The CM told the officers to get Ayushman card made for every needy so that they do not have to face trouble for treatment. In Janta Darshan, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave a clear instruction to the officers and said that procrastination in resolving public problems would be unforgivable. Justified solution of every person’s problem with full commitment and transparency is the top priority of the government and administration and any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this. Officers should listen to the problems of the people with full sensitivity and ensure quality, quick solution. During this, on the complaints related to police and revenue, the Chief Minister said that the officers should ensure solution of the problem at the district level itself so that people do not have to face trouble. In a stern tone, he said that insensitive and careless officers will not be tolerated at all.
