As incessant rains continue to wreak havoc in Bengaluru, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and Bengaluru Development Minister DK Shivakumar claimed that the Congress government is handling rain-related civic issues well. He also defended his government’s response, saying it was impossible to control nature. He told reporters at his Sadashivnagar residence that it is not possible to control nature. This is unexpected rain caused by cyclones. The government and the people of Bengaluru are capable of handling it.
The government is making every possible effort to deal with the havoc of rain. Opposition parties should stop tarnishing the image of Bengaluru.
