Women of the self-help group of the district along with Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh visited the Handicraft Fair of India at Expo Mart Center in Greater Noida. On this occasion, Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh said that “Women of self-help groups are doing many types of economic activities in rural areas, due to which the villages are becoming economically prosperous and the poverty of the families of these women is being eradicated. We will continuously increase the number of self-help groups and help in selling the products made by women in the country and abroad. The Uttar Pradesh government will also market the products made by the women of self-help groups.
Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh further said that “Women of self-help groups will play an important role in changing the picture of not only their families but also the region in the coming times.”

Chairman of Handloom Handicraft Exporters Association said, “Any equipment required by the women of self-help groups will be made available by us. Arrangements will also be made by us so that women can get regular work.
