CM Yogi did a miraculous job by building Sainik School in three years: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar

Gorakhpur. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar described Uttar Pradesh as an excellent state and praised Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the changes that have taken place here since 2017. He said that today under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh has a qualitative contribution in the separate and strong identity of India in the world. Appealing to everyone to contribute in the ongoing campaign on the concept of ‘Developed India’ by 2047, he said that every person should sacrifice in the havan of developed India because whatever we can do for the country is less.
Vice President Dhankhar was addressing the inauguration ceremony of Sainik School in Gorakhpur on Saturday in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Vice President’s wife Dr. Sudesh Dhankhar was also present on this occasion. Referring to the changes in Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Vice President said that after the year 2017, there has been qualitative growth in education, medicine, entrepreneurship and other fields in UP. Whereas before 2017, this state was in the grip of fear. Law and order was not good, the common man used to be troubled. Praising Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on many aspects, the Vice President said that Yogi ji has done a wonderful and miraculous work by completing Sainik School Gorakhpur in just three years. Although the echo of Yogi ji’s miraculous works is heard everywhere. It was difficult and unimaginable that Sainik School would be built and run in three years, but there was also faith that CM Yogi would do it.

Indianness is our identity, nation is our religion
Motivating the students of all schools including Sainik School and the general public, the Vice President said that Indianness is our identity and the nation is our religion. We have to keep national religion above personal interests. Compromising with nationalism will be a betrayal to the nation. We will not tolerate those who question the nation.
Today’s India is not the same as it was ten years ago
The Vice President said that today’s India is not the same India as it was ten years ago. Rather, it is a strong India. Earlier, the country’s gold was mortgaged in Swiss banks, but today such is not the case, rather the country’s gold reserves are sufficient. In Kashmir, where no one was seen earlier, more than two crore tourists have been visiting for two-three years after the abolition of Article 370. The Constitution makers had made Article 370 temporary but some people considered it permanent.
Failure is the beginning of success
Vice President Dhankar explained to the students that they should never fear failure because failure is the starting point of success. He said that you should remove the fear of fear from your mind. If you fear, your talent will be frustrated. He said that the partial success of Chandrayaan 2 was the basis of the unprecedented success of Chandrayaan 3. Mentioning the importance of education, he said that education is the medium of change. Social evils can be eradicated only through education.

Vice President Dhankhar said that Purvanchal is an important part of Uttar Pradesh. The structure of the first Sainik School in this region is amazing. CM Yogi broke the record of former CM Sampurnanand
The Vice President said that in 1960, the country’s first Sainik School was established in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh by the then Chief Minister Dr. Sampurnanand ji. Now in UP, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has done a commendable job of opening a Sainik School through the State Society. By building a Sainik School in a short time and being the Chief Minister for the longest period, Yogi ji has broken the record of former CM Dr. Sampurnanand ji.
‘I got very emotional after receiving CM Yogi’s invitation’
Vice President Dhankhar said that when the Chief Minister of the country’s largest state Yogi Adityanath came to my residence and gave me an invitation letter for the inauguration of Sainik School Gorakhpur, I became very emotional. He said that although everything about Yogi ji is extraordinary, Yogi ji’s invitation letter for Sainik School was also extraordinary. He invited me as an alumnus of Sainik School. Yogi ji has a sharp and discerning eye. He did as much homework on me to invite me as even my close relatives would not have done. The Vice President said that he is very emotional and happy to be at the inauguration ceremony of Sainik School. Today, the scene of six decades ago is coming alive in front of him when he himself was a student of Sainik School. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has done this unforgettable work for me.

Vice President Dhankhar said that through this invitation, Yogi Ji also made me realize that education is a medium to bring about change, to create equality by eliminating inequality. The Vice President said that by giving me the opportunity to inaugurate Sainik School Gorakhpur, you (Yogi Ji) have added a new chapter to my life. I will never forget this.
This Sainik school will inspire every state
Vice President Dhankhar said that the Sainik School of Gorakhpur will inspire every state to form a society on its lines and establish a Sainik School in their state. He said that the attachment I have developed with Gorakhpur today by attending the inauguration ceremony of this Sainik School will remain with me for life.
Vice President linked Gorakshabhoomi with Rajasthan
At the inauguration ceremony of Sainik School, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar paid obeisance to the historic, spiritual and Nath sect’s place of worship Gorakshabhoomi and linked it to his home state Rajasthan. He said that the current Goraksha Peethadheeshwar Yogi Adityanath’s grandfather Mahant Digvijaynath ji Maharaj was from Udaipur, Rajasthan. Hanuman Prasad Poddar of Geeta Press also belonged to Rajasthan. He said that it was his great fortune that he was a member of the Lok Sabha along with Yogi ji’s gurudev Mahant Avedyanath ji. When he became a minister at the Center, Mahant Avedyanath ji was one of the few people from whom he took blessings.
CM felicitated the Vice President by presenting him a terracotta Ganesha idol
At the inauguration ceremony of Sainik School, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath felicitated the Vice President by presenting him with a shawl and a terracotta statue of Ganesha. On this occasion, Minister of State for Secondary Education Gulab Devi presented a terracotta statue of Ganesha to the Vice President’s wife Dr. Sudesh Dhankar.

In her welcome address at the inauguration ceremony of Sainik School, Minister of State for Secondary Education (Independent Charge) Gulab Devi said that a new journey is beginning today with the inauguration of this Sainik School built in Gorakhpur. The Secondary Education Minister, while discussing the strengthening education system of the state under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, said that under the leadership of CM Yogi, the Secondary Education Department has created a record by conducting a copy-free examination and releasing the examination results in a very short time. She said that secondary schools are being transformed with Project Alankar.
