This was his first public press briefing after Governor Tim Walz was declared the vice-presidential candidate by Harris. Trump announced that he has agreed to ABC News’ September 10 debate against Harris. During the press conference that lasted more than an hour at Mar-a-Lago, Trump also targeted Walz without naming him.

Republican candidate Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris have agreed for an election debate on September 10 in this year’s US presidential election, in which the two candidates will face each other. This information was given by the American commercial television broadcasting network ‘American Broadcasting Company’ (ABC). Shortly before this announcement, Trump had said in a press conference that he has proposed three debates to three television networks as part of the presidential election process.
